Acceptance

By creating an account, adding monitors, or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

PingBanshee checks the availability of your websites and APIs from multiple regions and sends alerts when it detects downtime or performance issues.

Accounts & Access

Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

Do not use PingBanshee to probe systems you do not own or control, overload third-party services, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend abusive or harmful monitoring patterns.

Alerts & Notifications

Alert delivery depends on third-party networks (email, SMS, chat tools). We cannot guarantee delivery timing or availability for those providers.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel. Taxes may apply. Usage limits and plan details are shown in the dashboard or pricing page.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring. Maintenance windows, upstream outages, or network instability may affect checks.

Data & Privacy

We collect data needed to operate monitoring, deliver alerts, and improve reliability. Review our privacy policy for details on how data is stored and processed.

Termination

You can stop using PingBanshee at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform safety.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will post a notice on this page or within the app.
